Refund policy
We want you to love your Viciderci bag. If something is not right, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read the terms below.
14-Day Free Returns You may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it; in its original packaging, including the dust bag and any tags; and free from signs of wear, marks, scratches, or odours such as perfume or smoke. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted, or may be subject to a partial refund at our discretion.
How to Start a Return To begin a return, email us at contact@viciderci.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond with instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be processed.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are non-refundable.
Exchanges If you would like a different colour or style, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order. For help, contact contact@viciderci.co.
Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@viciderci.co with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs, at no charge to you.
Non-Returnable Items Items marked as final sale, gift cards, and items that have been used, worn, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
Late Returns Returns requested after the 14-day window has closed may not be accepted. If you are outside the window due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will consider your request on a case-by-case basis.
