Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please note that processing times may occasionally be longer during sale periods, new collection launches, or peak seasons. We will always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the date your order is dispatched, depending on your location. Please note that these are estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local postal services, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active. If you have not received tracking details within 5 business days of your order, please contact us.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@viciderci.co and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.
